I wanted to share with you this month a simple way of creating a happier you. Part of keeping your happiness at a 10 or above (on a scale of 1-10) is how you spend your 168 hours each week. Laura Vanderkam is the author of this wonderful book, which suggest that you keep a log of your time for a 3 week period and consider making modifications. She has a suggested format on her website. Go to http://www.my168hours.com/blog and click on the link titled MANAGE YOUR TIME on the right side. When the site comes up there is a section titled MANAGE YOUR TIME and under it you will find the link for a time management spreadsheet. There are a lot of things to click on and explore.
